Financial Support

All successful applicants receive financial support. The current guaranteed minimum level of financial support provided for Canadian/Landed Immigrant PhD students in our program is $25,000 CAN per year. International students are given additional support to compensate for higher tuition fees.  Higher levels of support are also available for students holding external scholarships, such as NSERC and OGS awards, and exceptional international students (e.g. NSERC award holders receive $15,000 in addition to their NSERC award).  MSc stipends vary depending on the field of study and whether it is a thesis or coursework MSc.
